I am back and I have a few things to share, about my blogging, writing and some of the light-bulb moments I experienced over the past few months.
So, stay tuned, as I will post my insights, that got me to create a course about blogging, over the next week.
So, what happened is, I joined a course on brand mastery in spring, something that often went completely against how I felt as an artist. All those numbers and marketing and ideal client stuff, putting my ideas in a box. I didn’t know what to do and felt completely overwhelmed.
After many ups and downs I decided to do it my way. Because that’s the only way for me.
I don’t know about you, but I remember telling stories, creating them and reading a gazillion of books. I was so happy back then – before I was told to learn, finish school, go to university and get a “real” job.
Although I met many different people while I studied engineering, then in my jobs, which were in sales, IT support and financial consulting – I always felt like the odd one out.
I valued time to create so much more than most people around me. I loved trying new ideas, I had tons of them – and I still was and am a reader. Give me a good book and I am the happiest person on planet Earth.
Or give me a weekend to write and play.
So, I realized that for me, writing comes easy, even in English, and I am not a native.
As long as I can tell stories and help people I am happy. I enjoy it so much more than I allowed myself to admit.
I am a writer, and sometimes a poet. And only after I have written, after I have listened to my inner voice and put it on paper, I can be an entrepreneur and coach. My art comes first. Always – I gave myself a promise.
This was the most important thing I learned.
And – big surprise – when I started to own this “zone of genius”, I was offered a lot more writing jobs. I was asked a lot about how I write and blog, by friends and other entrepreneurs. So, I figured it’s best I show you and teach you, how to be authentic and write from that real you.
If you have questions about writing or blogging, or want to share your story, you’re welcome.
This is the place – and I’ll share more about that and my FREE 7-Day-Challenge tomorrow.
Stay tuned for more, and keep writing.
