Taking Care of Yourself

Have you ever asked yourself why you sometimes feel really angry or really depressed?

Have you tried to block out time for yourself to just have your boundaries pushed – again?

How often do you promise yourself time to play or rest – and how often do you break this promise?

It’s time to take care of yourself. To be as kind and caring as you are for others.

It’s time to say “no” to friends and family when you need me-time – and set up healthy boundaries.

It’s okay to take time for yourself, to go at your own pace and to be really kind to yourself and listen to our body.

If you don’t care for yourself, who else will?
