For a while I have felt a stuck in some areas of my life.
Yesterday the energy started to flow again, and today I had lots of good news in several areas, job offers, problems solved, friends re-connecting – so many things happened nearly at once and I felt a bit overwhelmed.
I noticed that I was holding my breath – and focussed on breathing, slowly, smoothly.
After doing this for some minutes I felt better.
I relaxed and told the Universe that I trust, that I am ready to go with whatever it has in store for me.
And suddenly I felt light again, refreshed and enjoying the ride.
I wish you a happy flowing weekend….remember to relax and everything will be fine.
I can’t tell you how many times I have to REMIND MYSELF to breathe! I hold my breath way too often. Thanks for this post!
